Planet Merge is not your typical sphere-dropping game where you rack up points. It’s like an unintentional dance of celestial bodies in space. The fun is not in merging shapes as fast as possible, but in mastering the pull of gravity and guiding Sputnik toward its dream of becoming a radiant sun.

Controls

  • Mouse Drag: Drag the mouse left and right to accurately position the falling object.
  • Mouse Release: Release the mouse and the celestial body will fall freely onto the game board.

Journey of Celestial Evolution Sputnik

Ten planets. It’s a trip. All characters have happy smiles and curious looks, turning random collisions into cute moments of entertainment. But as the planet gets bigger, the space gets smaller, and that first warmth becomes a breathtaking strategic challenge.

Practical Scoring System

Natural Sliding Angle: Do not drop directly on the top of the sphere; use the angle to let the sphere roll to the target position.

  • Bottomed Support: By pushing the giant spheres to one side, a stable support for smaller objects is created.
  • Frictional Insertion: Insert small celestial bodies in the gap between two large planets to form a pushing force that pushes them together.
  • Patiently Wait for Inertia: The next round should be dropped only after the spheres have completely stopped rolling to prevent localised congestion.

How to play Planet Merge

Impressive Game Highlights

The most fun in the game comes from the tension of the bubble walls being squeezed to their limits. Mergers succeed when they initiate a spectacular chain reaction, knocking down a series of spheres and opening the playing field. The realistic physics interaction makes every record-breaking achievement an overwhelming joy for the player.

Advanced Methods for Planet Merge

  • Towering Strategy Diagonal: Don’t spread out the celestial bodies evenly on both sides. Position the largest planet in one corner of the bubble and then begin to position the smaller spheres diagonally up, creating a natural ‘slope’.
  • Drop Small Sphere as Wedges: If two large planets are side-by-side but not touching, directly drop the smallest celestial bodies (satellites) into the gap between them. The force of compression will generate friction that will push the larger spheres together and allow the merging to occur automatically.
  • Elastic boundary traps: When things are dropped too close to the bubble membrane, it creates a rebound force. It is very easy to knock the celestial body back to the center and destroy the geometric structure you have so painstakingly arranged.
  • Gravity-Waiting Drops: Don’t be dropping all the time. In-game physics always have inertial lag. Wait patiently 2-3 seconds after each impact for the sphere to complete its momentum and come to a full stop. Do not drop the sphere repeatedly to cause local congestion and overflow.
